1. The ATSRS service

ATSRS provides document storage, expiry tracking, professional profile and CV tools, controlled sharing, candidate visibility, Corporate personnel workflows, notifications and optional AI assistance. Features may differ by account type, plan, region or development status.

2. Accounts and authorised users

You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in method and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. A Corporate account owner is responsible for deciding who may use its workspace and for removing access that is no longer required.

ATSRS is intended for adults and authorised professional or business users. You may not impersonate another person or organisation.

3. Documents and other user content

You retain responsibility for content you upload or submit. You must have authority and a lawful reason to process it, especially identity, employment, medical or personnel information. Do not upload malware, unlawful material or information obtained without permission.

You are responsible for checking document names, dates, issuers, status and profile details. ATSRS may store and process content only as needed to provide, secure and support the selected service.

4. Profiles, links and company access

Profile visibility does not automatically grant document download rights. Preview, download approval, dedicated links and company access may be controlled separately. The person creating or approving a share is responsible for selecting the correct recipient, scope and duration.

A recipient must use shared information only for an authorised purpose and protect any copy it downloads outside ATSRS.

5. AI assistance and expiry status

AI Document Scan and AI CV tools may suggest text or fields. They can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before saving or relying on them. Do not treat AI output as legal, medical, employment or professional advice.

Date status is not certification: an ATSRS status reflects stored dates and rules. It does not confirm authenticity, legal compliance, role eligibility, medical fitness or project suitability.

6. Plans, credits and future paid features

Available plan limits, AI scans, communication credits, directory visibility and other entitlements are the limits shown in the product at the time of use. Credits have no cash value and may be limited to a billing or plan period. Pricing and paid billing terms will be presented before a charge is accepted.

7. Acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorised access, bypass workspace or sharing controls, probe accounts that are not yours, disrupt the service, upload malicious code, scrape restricted data, misuse notifications, or use ATSRS for unlawful surveillance, discrimination or fraud.

Security research must follow the Security Reporting Policy.

8. Availability and changes

ATSRS may maintain, improve, limit or discontinue features. Reasonable efforts will be made to protect service continuity and communicate material changes, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

9. Decisions and responsibility

Users and Corporate customers remain responsible for legal obligations, document verification, hiring or personnel decisions, regulatory interpretation, backup of exported records and any action taken from ATSRS information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ATSRS is not responsible for indirect loss caused by inaccurate user data, unauthorised sharing, third-party services or reliance on unverified status or AI output.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension, termination and changes

ATSRS may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or prevent harm. Users may stop using the service and request account deletion subject to the Data Rights process.

Material updates will be dated on this page. Additional written commercial terms may apply to a Corporate customer and will control if they expressly conflict with these public terms.
