1. Scope

These terms supplement the Terms of Use for paid Personal plans. Corporate commercial terms may be agreed separately and are not covered by this page.

2. Checkout and payment authorisation

Before a charge, ATSRS will show the selected plan, monthly or yearly billing period, currency, total amount and whether the subscription renews automatically. The user must actively confirm the purchase.

Payment security: ATSRS will create an order reference and receive payment status from the bank. ATSRS will not request or store a full card number, CVV or card expiry date.

3. Renewal and subscription period

A recurring subscription renews for the selected billing period unless it is cancelled before the next renewal. The checkout and account area will identify the next charge date when recurring billing is enabled.

4. Plan allowances and add-on credits

Each plan’s included services and exact quantities are the values shown at checkout. Add-on credits, if offered, apply only to the selected Personal account. Unless the checkout states otherwise, credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and expire under the period shown at purchase.

5. Candidate fees

ATSRS does not charge candidates any commission or placement fee for viewing or applying to job opportunities through ATSRS. Optional subscriptions, plan upgrades, add-on storage, AI credits and other paid platform features are separate service charges and are not recruitment or placement fees.

Third-party terms: This statement applies only to charges made by ATSRS. Independent recruiters, employers, payment providers and other third parties may set their own terms or charges. ATSRS does not control or guarantee those third-party terms, and candidates should review them before proceeding.

6. Failed, reversed or disputed payments

When a payment fails, expires, is reversed or becomes overdue, ATSRS may keep the account on its previous entitlement, restrict paid-only features or request another payment. ATSRS will not treat a browser redirect alone as proof of payment; activation depends on server-confirmed bank status.

7. Cancellation

A user may cancel future renewal from the account billing area when it becomes available, or by contacting ATSRS. Cancellation normally leaves paid access active until the end of the already-paid period unless law or the checkout terms require a different result.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility, duplicate-charge handling and statutory rights are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Price or term changes

Material price or renewal changes will be communicated before they affect a future charge. Continued use of Free does not authorise a paid charge.

10. Billing contact and business details

Questions about subscriptions, payments, cancellations or refunds may be sent to billing@atsrs.com.
